Ridestore is a Swedish company founded in 2006 by two brothers Linus and Emil. Initially, the company operated in the motor industry, but over the years it began to move mainly towards winter sports. In the following years of its operation, Ridestore established its two proprietary brands, Dope Snow and Montecwear, which are known among European skiing and snowboarding fans as excellent, in terms of technical terms, mountain equipment, which stands out with their design. Ridestore was created primarily with the customer to whom it addresses its products in mind, and it was for this remarkable approach that it was quickly loved and gained a lot of returning customers.

Ridestore is an online store and 80% of its employees work remotely from all over the World. Possibility of remote work from the foot of the mountains or from the beaches is a great freedom for the employees but also a great dose of trust from the company.
